We deliver to all major countries however are based in the UK, meaning shipping is faster to UK addresses.

Shipping varies depending on location and which products you are buying. We aim to have products delivered between 5 – 7 working days in most cases, with shipping being faster to UK addresses.

We are currently working on a dedicated tracking system. If your product has not arrived within 10 days from order, please reach out to us!

If your order hasn’t arrived within 10 working days from ordering, please contact us (details can be found in the Contact Us section) so that we can make it right! We always try to reach out to our customers with updates if there are any delays so please check your emails first.

Here at Optimised Gaming we want to deliver top quality products to our customers, and so if there are any defects on arrival with your purchase we will give a full refund subject to our Refund/Return Policy.

Each individual product is compatible with certain headsets only. This information can be found in the specifications area for each item, and is usually included in the name for added clarity.

All of our accessories are hand picked, tested for quality and given a big thumbs up by us! This means that all of our products are a great addition to a VR setup, however we have put together bundles of items that we feel compliment each other to really raise your gaming to the next level!

All of our products come with a 1 month free warranty, covering manufacturer defects. This does not cover accidental damage.
